Join the “Professionals for the future!” team
The Nevo Parudimos Association together with a group of non-governmental organisations from the West side of Romania, initiated an internship program called “Professionals for the future!”. 6 young students, masters’ students and graduates from the Caras-Severin district will have the opportunity, through this program, to learn and practice the activity of project coordination inside an NGO. The needs of the civil society from the Caras-Severin district will thus be fulfilled by assuring a comfortable number of specialists in the domain.
The idea was born after, for a long time, the Nevo Parudimos Association confronted the lack of persons prepared in the domain of writing and implementing projects, but even after many institutions from the Caras-Severin district demanded training in this domain.
People selected will participate in an internship inside a non-governmental organisation. The number of participating people is 6, who will take part in a stage of 9 months. The future perspective is to get a job inside one of the organisations after finishing the internship program.
Non-governmental organisations develop projects and activities in domains like: social, education, volunteering, youth and sports.
People interested must be willing to travel, all expenses being supported (transport, meals and accommodation), must possess good PC knowledge and at least a B2 level in English.
The program called “Professionals for the future!” teaches young people what the civil society means, what does the activity inside a NGO work like, how is an organisation like this coordinated. At the same time, the 6 participants selected will learn how to realize a project, from the planning and the writing phase till the implementing one.
During the practice stage, people selected will also have the possibility to participate at an international activity organized abroad and at a series of theoretical training sessions organised inside the Association.
People willing to register may do as such during the period: 20 February – 5 March, and participants will be selected until the 7th of March. Interviews will be organized during the period 8-10 March, and the decision of the selection committee will be announced on the 12th of March. The internship will take place between the 15th of March and the 15th of November.

The internship program supposes 40 hours/month, the schedule being a flexible one, established together with the selected people.
