Learn how to be a group leader in Erasmus+ programme! Nevo Parudimos helps you with a free training course
On April 13th 2019, Nevo Parudimos Association will organize an one-day course on How to Become a Group Leader in Erasmus + Programme.
In this training, the participants will improve their leadership skills and will become familiar with what a group management means, as well as with the role and responsibilities of a leader in the context of the Erasmus + programme.
Following this course, the participants will be able to identify the characteristics of the group they are leading and find ways to generate efficient teamwork. Participants will also get familiar with different styles of communication and the way they can adapt their approach to maintaining a good understanding and a good relationship within the group.
At the same time, the participants will be introduced to various techniques for managing the difficult behavior and the unexpected conflicts that may appear within the group.
Those who wish to improve their group leadership skills can apply for this course until March 20th, 2019.
It is also worth noting that this course is aimed to people aged over 17, that are interested in youth work, who can communicate in english and who have at least one year of experience in the field of Erasmus +.
