Nevo Parudimos Association organized between June 28-29, 2021, an online training course for youth trainers, within the project IT WORKS – The employable youth

The purpose of this training activity was to familiarize the youth trainers from the partner organizations with the materials created so far within the project, but also to share good practices in this field.

Also, during this course, the participants were trained on the working methodology based on the materials created within the project in order to be able to later offer tool courses for other trainers in each organization and to be able to more effectively support the actors involved in the implementation of the assisted training scheme. The materials currently being worked on in the project are mainly IO2 – The Handbook and Toolkit for Professionals and IO3 – Easy Employment Skills.

IT WORKS is a project designed with a clear emphasis on the professional forming of young people and their need to be trained directly related to employment. This project aims to create tools to facilitate employability and the acquisition of easy skills to support young people in finding a vocation and a job.

In addition, the project aims to improve the knowledge of professionals (youth workers, educators, coaches and trainers) by strengthening their skills and training in order to facilitate the employment of socially excluded young people.

The IT WORKS project is initiated by YES Forum through Erasmus + KA202 and brings together partners from Romania, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Spain and Sweden.
