Nevo Parudimos Association sent three participants from Reșița to Granada, Spain, between April 15-24, 2023, as part of the Erasmus+ KA1 “Entrepreneurship for Changemakers” project, implemnted by Somos Europa NGO from Spain.

The initiative was a youth worker mobility that brought together 30 young people from 10 different countries, namely Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia and Poland. The project took place in the city of Armilla, Granada and was funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.

The theme addressed by this mobility was “social entrepreneurship for providing change”, the training activities focusing on how to solve social problems through social entrepreneurship.

During the work sessions they offered non-formal learning methods to experience
unique and engaging learning. Participants learned about social entrepreneurship through various activities such as workshops, debates, case studies and study visits to the city of Granada. Among these activities, participants discovered how social entrepreneurship can help build sustainable businesses and ensure a.

The project also provided an opportunity for intercultural learning. During the intercultural evenings, each national group presented specific culture and traditions, which allowed the participants to learn from each other, exchange ideas and share experiences and knowledge. The initiative was a unique and impactful experience for all involved. Through non-formal learning and intercultural exchange, participants gained valuable skills and knowledge that they can apply in their personal and professional lives. The project provided a platform for young people to learn about social entrepreneurship, a powerful tool for solving social problems and making a positive impact in their communities.
