TUNE – Promoting youth opportunities and Erasmus+
On the occasion of the Erasmus Days in Europe, on 13.10.2023 an information session was organized within the “Transnational United Network in Europe – TUNE” project, with the help of our partner the National College “Diaconovici – Tietz” from Resita, a session at which 19 students participated.
The session was organized to raise awareness of resources, tools and activities that enhance and encourage youth participation, including the Youth Participation Strategy and the Youth Participation Toolkit. At the same time, the Erasmus+ program and the European Solidarity Corps were presented, programs that offer opportunities for the involvement of young people through international mobilities.
The young people who initially participated in the European mobilities took advantage of this opportunity to share their experience, answered the questions of their colleagues and organized interactive games learned in the mobilities where they took part. Moreover, the members of the Nevo Parudimos association presented them with the multiple opportunities for involvement at the local and European level, through the various activities carried out.
The evaluation of these sessions was very good because young people are very receptive to information about how they can participate, especially for free, in different programs designed especially for them.
The TUNE project is financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission, having no. project: 101121984 ERASMUS-2023-CSC-OG-SGA. The main aim of the project is to implement a variety of activities aimed at promoting and supporting the “European Youth Strategy” and its youth objectives, while encouraging greater involvement and participation in EU projects among young people. This project represents a partnership between 18 organizations from 16 European countries.
