Digitally United is the first mobility under the Erasmus+ accreditation for the 2024-2025 period, implemented by the Nevo Parudimos Association in Brebu, Caras-Severin, between 04-13.12.2024.
The initiative aimed to empower young people through digital literacy. During the exchange, various topics were addressed to enhance participants’ digital skills and promote healthy behavior regarding internet usage, ultimately increasing their community engagement.
This mobility is part of the Nevo Parudimos Association’s ongoing commitment to social inclusion, education, and supporting disadvantaged communities, aligning with its values of promoting cultural diversity, volunteerism, and youth development.
Objectives of the initiative:
- Empowering participants with advanced digital literacy and practical skills in using virtual tools, enabling them to become more active and engaged in their communities.
- Promoting cross-cultural collaboration by utilizing digital platforms to enhance teamwork and communication;
- Exploring how technology can drive social change, encouraging participants to apply digital solutions to address real-world issues and contribute to community development;
- Inspiring creativity and critical thinking through hands-on experiences with emerging digital technologies, allowing participants to innovate and solve problems in new and effective ways.
The youth exchange brought together 41 young people from Romania, the Netherlands, Spain, North Macedonia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, and Serbia.
