The 3rd meeting of the Advisory Council on Youth Problems
On the 25th of April 2016, the Nevo Parudimos Association, represented by the voluntary Rupa Elena-Garofita, participated at the third meeting of the Advisory Council on Youth Problems, a Council organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
As a result of the second meeting of this council, from March 2016, the following 2 groups of work were established:
– Structured Dialogue;
– No Hate Campaign.
To these two groups, a temporary work group was added in order to modify Law no. 351/200 – Law referring to the establishment, organisation and functioning of the National Youth Council from Romania. This group was established at the Ministry of Youth and Sports headquarters on the 12th of April.
During the meeting that took place on the 12th of April, the following people participated: Diana Mardarovici (Junior Chamber International Romania), Radu Petrariu (Romania Youth Forum), Luminita Uceanu (Junior Chamber International Constanta), Luca Alin-Claudiu Ambassador of the Romania Youth Forum), Ionita Florin (Junior Chamber International Romania), Cernega Constantin (Bessarabia Students and Pupils’ Association). The work group sent a proposed framework to be attached to the documents of this meeting.
Thus, on the meeting agenda, of the 25th of April, the following were introduced:
– Defining of the organisation and functioning regulation for the Advisory Council on Youth Problems;
– Work group activities for the Structured Dialogue group;
– Work group activities for the No Hate campaign group;
– Discussion of the proposal to modify the law no. 351/2006.
As a result of discussions led with the representatives of participant organisations, the Advisory Council on Youth Problems would be reunited on the 25th of May.
