This activity of our association is carried out based on a partnership that the association Nevo Parudimos has with the European network ERGO Network and involves several activities aimed in particular at respecting Roma rights, increasing their participation and applying CLLD principles in the 2014-2020 programming.

Within this collaboration in 2016 the Nevo Parudimos Association will carry out several activities:

  • Empowering Roma NGOs to participate in the implementation of CLLD measures (LEADER in Rural and CLLD in Urban)
  • Empowering LAG teams to be able to address correctly and coherently the problems faced by the Roma community in their area
  • Monitoring the implementation of CLLD principles in rural and urban areas
  • Carrying out a Quality Audit of the application of CLLD principles in rural areas.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the Youth Guarantee program
  • Realization of a national network of Roma organizations
  • Empowering the national network of Roma organizations
  • Carrying out a research on the impact of vocational training programs from 2007-2013.

The first activities aimed at training LAG teams and Roma NGOs are the four regional conferences implemented in partnership with the National Federation of LAGs in Romania.

  1. Regional Conference 1. 12 February 2016 Suceava – dedicated to the representatives of the LAG, civil society and local development structures from the North-East and South-East Regions “Development of LAG Local Development Strategies for the programming period 2014 – 2020 of the European Union” which will take place at Central Plaza Hotel Piatra Neamt, starting with 9:00.
  2. Regional Conference 2. 17 February 2016 Craiova – dedicated to the representatives of the LAG, civil society and local development structures from the South Muntenia and South-West Oltenia Regions “Development of Local Development Strategies LAG for the 2014-2020 programming period of the European Union” which will have place at Hotel Green House in Craiova starting with 9:00.
  3. Regional Conference 3. 19 February 2016 Brasov – dedicated to the representatives of the LAG, civil society and local development structures from the West, North-West and Center Regions “Development of LAG Local Development Strategies for the 2014-2020 programming period of the European Union” which will have place at Hotel Turnu Cetatii in Brasov starting with 9:00.
  4. Closing conference. February 26 Bucharest – will have as guests representatives of LAGs and civil society from all over Romania. During this event, conclusions will be presented of all meetings at national level “Development of LAG Local Development Strategies for the programming period 2014-2020 of the European Union” which will take place at Marshall Garden Hotel in Bucharest starting with 9:00.
